Responsible for loading and splicing new rolls of paper into the Laminator machine. Responsible for removing used rolls of paper from the machine and maintaining machine operation documentation. This position is also responsible for removing used rolls of paper from the machine platform, removal of discarded paper and cleaning paste filters.nbsp; /p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ulliMaintains a storage system for paper rolls/liliDelivers new paper rolls to the Laminator staging area based on the work requirements that day/liliPrepares rolls for the Laminator, and removes damaged paper from the roll/liliLoads raw paper onto Laminator and removes used rolls/liliPrepares splices to ensure continuous operation of Laminatornbsp;/liliPeriodically cleans the paste filters/liliUses controls to machine into automatic splice mode or performs manual splice/liliMaintains production logs/liliComplete power equipment training and certification process and operate powered industrial trucks to transport and retrieve product/liliKeep work areas clean and orderly in accordance with 5S standards/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpbr/pul/ul ul/ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ulliMinimum 1 to 3 years of machine operation experience/liliPrior printing experience preferrednbsp;nbsp;nbsp;/liliHigh School diploma or equivalent work experience/liliGood communication skills, both written and verbal/liliStrong Mechanical aptitude/liliHigh attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures and guidelines/liliAbility to quickly identify production problems and ability to identify quality problemsnbsp;/liliAbility to work well with others and cooperate with team members and leadership team/li/ulpbr/pul/ul ul/ul ul/ul ul/ul pstrongSchedule:/strong/p pShift A: 4:45am-4:45pm Monday-Thursday/ppShift B: 4:45pm-4:45am Monday-Thursday/p pstrongPay:/strong/p p$19-21/hr/p p--/p pIND123/p
