These services enable the client to remain in his or her residence and include, but are not limited to, assistance with the following: bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising, personal hygiene and grooming, transferring, ambulating, positioning, toileting and incontinence care, assisting with medication that the client self-administers, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, transportation, correspondence, making telephone calls, shopping for personal care items or groceries, and companionship. /ppbr //pp• Personal Care Attendant-Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies, industry standards, and state regulations./ppbr //ppbr //ppstrongMinimum Eligibility Requirements:/strong/ppbr //ppstrongHCA Required/strong/pp• 18 years of age or older/pp• Current Tuberculosis (TB) certificate;/pp• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents;/pp• Completed “Criminal Record Statement” (LIC 508);/pp• Complete “Personnel Record” (LIC 501)/pp• Complete “Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders” (SOC 341A)/pp• Minimum of five (5) hours entry-level training prior to presence with client(s)./ppbr //ppstrongEssential Job Functions/Responsibilities/strong/ppbr //pp• Assist with the activities of daily living and personal care including:/pp- bathing              - shaving                           - ambulation/pp- mouth care        - dressing                          - exercising/pp- hair care            - feeding                            - toileting/incontinence care/pp- nail care            - positioning                     - medication reminding/pp- skin care           - transferring                      - meal planning amp; preparation/ph3Work schedule/h3ulliMonday to Friday/liliWeekend availability/liliOn call/liliDay shift/liliOther/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliReferral program/liliPaid training/liliPaid time off/liliFlexible schedule/lili401(k)/li/ul
