We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better—for us and for our customers./p p /p pYou’ll:/p ul liCreate awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach/li liTalk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense/li liHelp bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones/li liStay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)/li liAnswer store phone calls and customer questions/li liWork toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/li liParticipate in local marketing and special events/li liKeep the store clean, organized, and ready for business/li liUse sales systems and follow company policies/li liCollaborate with teammates and managers/li liJump in on additional tasks or projects as needed/li /ul p /p pspan style="font-weight: bold"What Makes You a Great Fit:/span/p ul liStrong communication skills (written verbal)/li liA positive, professional, can-do attitude/li liThe ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized/li liPrevious experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)/li /ul p /p pspan style="font-weight: bold"What You’ll Need:/span/p ul liMust be 18 years or older/li li6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience/li liBasic experience using computers and mobile phones/li liAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information/li liLegally authorized to work in the United States/li liHigh school diploma or GED/li liSpanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Physical Requirements:/span/p ul liAbility to stand for long periods on the sales floor/li liAbility to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds/li liFrequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingers/li liOccasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching/li liAbility to perform repetitive motions (including overhead reaching and typing)/li /ul ul/ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Compensation:/span/p p$12.00 - $13.00 per hour DOE.
