Collaborates with project teams to ensure timely development of baseline schedules, provide schedule updates, and manage implementation throughout the life cycle of various project types. May manage more junior level staff./p pstrongSalary Range:nbsp;$80/hr-$100/hr/strong/p pnbsp;/p pstrongKey Responsibilities:nbsp;/strong/p ul liCollaborate with project teams to ensure timely development of baseline schedules, provide schedule updates, and manage implementation throughout the life cycle of various project types/li liAssist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented./li liDevelop contingency options with the team to accelerate schedule./li liReview contracts for specific scheduling needs and profile critical timelines to ensure project schedules show appropriate detail based upon job site requirements./li liMentor junior Schedulers as needed./li liSome travel required/li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongQualifications and Skills:/strong/p ul listrongEducation:/strong Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field./li listrongExperience: /strongA minimum of ten (10) years of experience including four (4) years of field construction experience on large ground-up projects and a minimum of six (6) years in project scheduling./li ul liExperience working on public works and related public facilities/infrastructure projects./li /ul listrongSoftware Proficiency:/strong Advanced knowledge of MS office, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier a plus./li /ul ul liAbility to independently create schedules using a planner/builder mindset./li liComprehensive knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, practices and components./li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongValue Added:/strong/p ul listrongCertifications:/strong emScheduling certification by agencies such as AACE (PSP) or PMI strongly preferred./em/li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongWhat Success Looks Like:/strong/p ul liSchedules are delivered on time, complete, and accurate.
