Apply now!/p p /p p /p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liEffectively read, write and communicate in English with residents and other employees./li liFood handlers permit as required by provincial law/local/state and/or Company standards./li liServ safe is required/li liAble to follow and read recipes and production guides./li liKnowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking and service./li /ul h2Responsibilities/h2 pAssist with the preparation and presentation of meals.    /p ul liProvide a high level of customer service. /li liWork closely with the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs./li liMaintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times./li liAdhere to cleaning schedules as assigned. /li liEnsure that all food is received, stored, and prepared according to company standards./li liAssist cook with preparation and presentation of meals and snacks in accordance with Company recipes and production guides./li liKeep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied./li liAssist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies. /li liAssist cooks as requested. /li liAdhere to standard food safety practices./li liAssist with preparing and executing special events, banquets, and theme meals./li liOperate and maintain kitchen equipment in a clean and sanitary manner./li liWill attend pre-meal stand-up in the kitchen prior to meal service./li liMay perform other duties as needed and/or assigned./li /ul h2Salary Range/h2The wage range for this position is $16.94/hr - $20.33/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
