We protect those who operate, maintain, and upgrade infrastructure in the energy, broadband, and transportation sectors and provide traffic control for major events like the Boston Marathon and the Super Bowl./ppSince our founding in 1981, we have served customers through the talent of extraordinary team members committed to customer focus, growth, valuing each other, safety and quality, and a sense of urgency./pstrongJob Description:/strongulliProvide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction/liliCommunicate and interact with customers as well as internal team members to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and service/liliReceive any incoming customer service calls/liliSchedule and coordinate all service calls and adjust drivers’ daily schedules as required/liliMonitor drivers throughout the day via the dispatch system/liliCreate the next day driver schedule ensuring customer needs are met/liliAdd new customer jobs and tickets to the computer system (TCR)/liliConduct job service checks for jobs that have been out for 30 days or more/liliComplete a “final edit” of each job ensuring the ticket has all the required information for billing/liliInteract and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of employees, management, vendors, customers, and external partners/liliPerform other functions as necessary or as assigned/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliHigh School Diploma or Equivalent/lili1-2 years of experience; or any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities/liliPrevious Accounts Receivable experience, understanding of invoicing process preferred./liliPrevious Payroll experience, validating time cards preferred./liliStrong leadership skills to ensure drivers’ compliance with direction and assignments/liliBasic understanding of the geographical area and mapping programs to facilitate efficient routing/liliProficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and record-keeping systems./liliAbility to work independently with little instruction and adapt to change at a fast pace and under pressure/liliHigh integrity and a strong work concept/liliAbility to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness./liliHigh degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility#xa0;#xa0;/liliProven ability to work collaboratively with others/liliExcellent communication and time management skills/liliStrong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude/li/ulpThe hiring range for this position is $20-$22 per hour. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
