pEmbark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking a strongpart-time Mental Health Therapist/strong to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in our residential treatment center. Therapists at Embark play a vital role in guiding youth and families through meaningful change using relational, experiential, and systemic approaches. This position is ideal for a clinician who is collaborative, mission-driven, and passionate about helping young people and families heal. /p

pLocated in Bend, Oregon, our residential treatment facility supports youth aged 10-17 struggling with behavioral health and mental health challenges. Our home-style environment emphasizes community connection, emotional safety, and interpersonal growth. /p

pEmbark Behavioral Health is nationwide network of behavioral health programs offering a full continuum of care for adolescents. Our programs span residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and more—each committed to innovative, evidence-based treatment that transforms lives. /p
h2Responsibilities/h2
ul
liManage a small caseload of 1–2 clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care. /li
liProvide strongindividual, family, and group therapy/strong using evidence‑based and experiential modalities. /li
liPresent client updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. /li
liParticipate in clinical meetings and receive regular supervision. /li
liComplete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time. /li
liCollaborate effectively with the treatment team to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care. /li
liSupport crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed. /li
liUphold ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and all regulatory requirements./li

h2Qualifications/h2
ul
liMaster’s degree in a Behavioral Science field required. /li
liLicensed or license‑eligible in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) or registered as an Associate/Intern actively working toward licensure. /li
liPreferred: Experience in a residential treatment setting using relational, experiential, or systemic therapeutic models. /li
liDemonstrated passion for working with adolescents and families. /li
liStrong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries. /li
liAbility to use computers, electronic health records, and digital documentation systems. /li
liValid driver’s license in good standing. /li
liAbility to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test. /li
liWillingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding./li
