Areas serviced include buildings, pools, spas, grounds, and any other assigned facility or area./p pstrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong/p ul liWashes pool decking and enters the pool/spa to clean components including: pool tiles, lane line floats, skimmer baskets, pool walls, steps, floors, ladders, etc. Vacuum pools as required./li liSets-up and breaks down pool furniture and equipment./li liOperates blowers and power washers to remove debris from pool deck and other pool areas./li liMay perform chemical testing and may add chemicals to the pools./li liPerforms daily housekeeping and custodial duties of the building and its facilities, equipment, and furniture./li liReplenishes supplies to restrooms, fitness centers and pool areas./li liDusts and mops floors, vacuums carpets, empties trash receptacles, and bags trash for proper disposal./li liCorrects and/or reports unsafe conditions and equipment to Custodian Foreman and/or Area Supervisor./li liAssists in Emergencies by placing 911 calls for medical assistance.
