Responsible for maintaining the kitchen#39;s equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition./pp/ppspanPlease note that Greek Theatre Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and a condition of employment is union membership./span/pp/ppbEssential Duties and Responsibilities/b/pp/ppInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliMaintains sanitary, safe work environment./liliMaintains clean dry floors and walls/liliRegular and frequent Sweeping and mopping of all kitchen areas./liliScrapes food from dirty dishes, pot and pans, cooking equipment and washes them by hand./liliWashes pots, pans trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, and cutting boards./liliRemoves trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Hoses out or steam cleans garbage cans. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas./liliAssists in all receiving of goods and supplies from the Vendor at drop off to the kitchen areas, Dry Storage, Walk in Freezers./liliSet up, maintain, and work the dishwashing stations at events. Keeps all Buffet plateware, glass, and silver in place and in order./liliOther duties as assigned by supervisor.
