color: #000000; background-color: transparent;"Prepare all necessary technology and devices prior to scheduled shift to ensure you are ready to begin at your scheduled time/li li style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;" pBe proactive in communicating with Specialty Shop Manager and team to understand the urgent needs in the area/p /li li style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;"Select shoes form backstock and place them in the staging area for sales associates/li li style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;"Return any unpurchased shoes to the correct areas in backstock/li li style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;"Assist Customer Service with shoe return processing and return items to the sales floor/li li style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;"Keep product organized to eliminate clutter and maintain accurate inventory records/li li style="text-decoration: none; color: #000000; background-color: transparent;"Initiate a warm and welcoming interaction with customers establishing a rapport and offering assistance, setting a positive tone for the customer's experience/li li style="text-decoration: none;
