As a Maintenance Millwright, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely./ppstrongWhat You’ll Do/strongbr•    Perform skilled mechanical maintenance, installation, and repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.br•    Troubleshoot breakdowns and determine effective repair actions.br•    Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and welding/fabrication as needed.br•    Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols, including lockout procedures.br•    Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team.br /pbr pstrongWhat You Bring/strongbr•    Must be at least 18 years oldbr•    High school diploma or GEDbr•    At least 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance/millwright experience OR equivalent education/experience OR 3 years in a lumber manufacturing environment as a mechanical maintenance/millwrightbr•    Proficiency with hand/power tools, precision instruments, and technical drawingsbr•    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsbr•    Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systemsbr•    Ability to lift heavy components, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperaturesbr•    Welding and torch work experiencebr•    Familiarity with SAP/S4 preferredbr•    Excellent communication and teamwork skillsbr•    Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and holidaysbr•    Commitment to safety and continuous learning/ppReady to Build Your Future With Us?brIf you're a reliable, safety-conscious professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to hear from you.
