The purpose of this position is to operate the dishwashing machine and provides orderly maintenance of all nutrition services storage areas. Assists in other areas of the kitchen with maintenance of dish room and equipment all in accordance with the standard procedure of the dining services department.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbibiIn this role, the spanDishwasher /spanwill:/i/b/i/b/pulliDeliver clean water pitchers to nursing stations./liliMaintain stock areas in a neat and orderly fashion on a daily basis./liliTransport carts to and from the appropriate dining areas./liliOperate the dishwashing machine. /liliMonitor and record the water temperatures and cleaning compound usage. /liliPerform cleaning assignments as directed./liliClean and washed food-service carts, dishes, utensils, trays, pots, pans, etc., and stores same./liliUses proper sanitation in all food and service areas. /liliMaintain cleanliness in all work areas, equipment, and appliances./liliDeliver food requests to stations as needed./liliKeep all kitchen work areas and dining rooms clear of dirty dishes. /liliPerforms other cleaning assignments as directed./liliSweep and mop floors and work areas./liliAssist in the transportation of residents in case of fire, disaster, or emergency evacuation according to procedure./li/ulp/ppibbThe ideal candidate will have:/b/b/i/pulliPrevious relevant experience, required./liliAbility to communicate effectively in English, oral and written, with residents, family members, and staff, required./li/ulp#Dining/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pdivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:left"bCompensation Pay Range: /b/p/div/div/div/div/div/div/div$14.44 - $17.35 per hourp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bReasonable Pay Estimate/b/pA reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $14.44 - $17.35 per hour.
