p style="text-align:center"span style="display:block; font-size:16px"span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"strongApostolic Christian Restmor in Morton is looking for a full-time 2nd shift nurse!/strong/span/span/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"strongSummary:/strong/span/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Administration of nursing measures; supervision, evaluation and planning of care; and communication with residents, family, and other members of the health care team to meet the total needs of the residents/span/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"strongEssential Duties:/strong/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Assists in resident assessment and implementation of appropriate interventions/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Assists in planning of care to attain and/or maintain the highest possible level of health, independence, and mobility of the resident/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Delivers resident medications timely and accurately/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Communicates with physician and other health care providers to facilitate the overall health care of the resident/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Encourages and maintains an open communication with resident and families/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Assists with orientation of new personnel/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Records progress notes regularly to assure continuity of care and provide up-to-date information for physicians, consultants, nursing staff, and other health care providers/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Provides resident and family education where needed to enhance cooperation and undertaking of the care plan/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Participates in continuing education within and outside the facility to improve nursing skills and keep abreast of nursing developments/span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Other duties as assigned/span/li /ul
