Remote is possible if you live more than 50 miles from the office. You will report to the Recruiting Manager. /strong/p p /p pstrongYour Day-to-Day:/strong/p pYou should expect to be responsible for the following:/p p•Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions./p p•Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties./p p•Write job descriptions./p p•Match applicants to job openings./p p•Source for future job openings./p p•List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other channels./p p•View applications./p p•Call applicants and perform phone screens./p p•Have applicants come in for formal interviews./p p•Explain to applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview./p p•Arrange for travel and lodging./p p•Facilitate meetings between hiring manager and applicant./p p•Interview applicants./p p•Hand out and grade assessments./p p•Participate in final selection of applicants./p p•Create portfolio of candidates for hiring managers./p p•Check references./p p•Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags./p p•Initiate drug tests and interpret results./p p•Inform candidate of company's decision./p p•Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits./p p•Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision./p p•Keep track of all applications filing important notations such as gender, race, and ethnicity./p p•Talk with civic, social, and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities./p p•Travel to colleges to recruit students/p p /p pstrongWho You Are:/strong/p p• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/p p• 3+ years of experience including LinkedIn/p p• Applicant Tracking Experience/p p /p pstrongOur Safety Pledge to You:/strong/p pIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
