At Avivo, our employees work with utter commitment to their clients, embracing the full person, believing in the dignity of all people./p pnbsp;/p pThestrongnbsp;Intake coordinator/strong will coordinate all aspects of the referral and intake process for the dislocated worker and adult WIOA programs, as well as support the Minnesota Family Resiliency Partnership as needed.nbsp;strongThis position works a 32hr work week./strong/p pnbsp;/p pstrongINTAKE COORDINATORnbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul li pProvide customer service to all potential programnbsp;participants.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pPromptly respond to allnbsp;inquiriesnbsp;regardingnbsp;programs and services.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pCoordinate andnbsp;facilitatenbsp;both online and in personnbsp;informationnbsp;sessionsnbsp;for potential participants.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pScreennbsp;potential participantsnbsp;andnbsp;referralsnbsp;for program eligibilitynbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pSchedule and complete program enrollments for all eligible participantsnbsp;(online, in the office, and in the community).nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pCollect andnbsp;maintainnbsp;required enrollment documentation.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pAssign participants to appropriatenbsp;programnbsp;based on eligibility criterianbsp;and assignnbsp;careernbsp;counselornbsp;based onnbsp;best fit for thenbsp;participantnbsp;and case load sizes.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pRefer individuals to other programs or community agencies asnbsp;appropriate.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pContact manager for determinationnbsp;onnbsp;case assignments, as necessary.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pFacilitate co-enrollment with other internal programs.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pFacilitate communication among all team members for coordinated services.nbsp;/p /li /ul
