The purpose of the property inspection is:/pulliTo verify property occupancy./liliTo report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application./li/ulpMost inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant./ppWe contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county.
