Responsibilities include operating fuel trucks, connecting hoses, and overseeing the refueling process in accordance with safety and aviation guidelines. This role entails conducting fuel quantity checks, monitoring equipment performance, and promptly addressing emergencies or spills. You will keep accurate records, collaborate with airline personnel, and conduct routine equipment inspections. By ensuring aircraft are fueled and prepared for departure, you contribute significantly to airport safety and operational efficiency./p p /p pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p ul liSafely and efficiently conduct fueling operations/li liMaintain accurate records of fueling transactions/li liPerform daily quality control inspections on equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality/li liUtilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircrafts/li liEnsure accurate loading and balancing of fuel/li liConduct defueling procedures as required/li liExhibit consistent and dependable attendance/li liWork outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures and inclement weather/li liResponsible for fueling various Ground Service Equipment such as Hydrant Trucks, Fuel Trucks, Tanker Trucks, Tugs, and Belt Loaders/li liExemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards/li liPerform any additional duties as assigned by management/li /ul p /p pstrongQUALIFICATIONS/strong/p ul li18 years of age or older/li liEligible to work in the United States/li liMust have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record/li liCommunicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)/li liBasic math skills/li liAbility to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices/li lispan /spanEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means/li liPass a background check and drug screen/li lispan /spanspanEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)/span/li liAirlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays/li /ul p /p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
