During the interview process, you’ll complete a skills evaluation that helps determine the appropriate level and corresponding compensation./p ul listrongPay Range:/strong $24–$37 per hour/li listrongAdditional Incentive:/strong $3 per hour attendance incentive available/li listrongShift Differential:/strong available for shifts B, C and E (see our website for other shifts)/li /ul p*We have multiple openings on shifts, only shifts with open positions are posted and once filled, they will be taken down./p pstrongWhat You’ll Do/strong/p pAs a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:/p ul liInstalling, servicing, and repairing equipment using both personal and company-supplied tools/li liPerforming scheduled preventive maintenance/li liMoving and positioning components with hoists, dollies, and other equipment/li liMaintaining accurate daily work records and communications/li liOrganizing tools, equipment, and supplies/li liKeeping your work area clean and hazard-free throughout the shift/li liUsing and maintaining proper safety equipment/li liFollowing safety, environmental, food safety, and GMP requirements/li liExecuting job orders and maintaining accurate documentation/li liPerforming other duties as assigned/li /ul pstrongWhat You Bring/strong/p pstrongMinimum Requirements/strong/p ul li1+ year of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)/li liBasic to advanced industrial mechanical skills/li /ul p /p pstrongAdditional Skills (Higher Levels Pay)/strong/p pThese skills can qualify you for higher-level roles—and if you don’t have them, we offer training to help you grow:/p ul liExperience with conveyors and gearboxes/li liElectrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment knowledge/li liElectrical experience with 110V and 480V three-phase/li liAbility to read electrical schematics/li liExperience with inverters and proximity switches/li liWelding skills (MIG and stick; TIG training available)/li liPLC experience/li /ul pstrongEducation/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience gained through on-the-job training/li /ul pstrongWork Environment/strong/p ul liAbility to climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods/li liAbility to lift up to 50 lbs./li liComfortable working at heights and in confined spaces/li liAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environment/li /ul pIf you're ready to grow your career and contribute to a global leader in food manufacturing, strongwe’d love to meet you/strong.
