You#39;ll help create a welcoming, people-focused café experience that reflects hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence./pp/ppbThis position is for a new cafe that is opening at the Safelite corporate headquarters. The cafe hours of operation are 7am-3:30pm./bbr /br /bWhat you will do/b/pullipGreet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and light food items in accordance with café standards./p/lilipMaintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas./p/lilipMonitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Café Manager./p/lilipFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines./p/lilipSupport internal catering requests and assist with setup for meetings and events as needed./p/lilipCollaborate with the Real Estate team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Safelite’s service standards./p/lilipPerforms other duties as assigned/p/lilipComplies with all policies and standards/p/li/ulpbr /bWhat you will need/b/pullipHigh School Diploma required/p/lilip1-3 years of previous barista and food service experience Required/p/lilipStrong interpersonal and communication skills/p/lilipAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment/p/lilipDependable, punctual and team oriented/p/lilipFriendly and outgoing personality/p/lilipMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs/p/li/ulp/ppspanOur people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
