In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with agents, escrow, title, and brokerages to ensure files move efficiently from approval through funding and repayment./ppYou’ll be the main point of contact once an application is approved — driving the deal toward funding, keeping timelines current, and resolving slow responses, delays, missing documentation, or last-minute changes./ppThis is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role that requires proactive follow-up and strong organizational skills./pp /ppstrongYOUR DAY-TO-DAY/strong/pp• Follow up with escrow, title, and brokerages to obtain required confirmations and update timelinesbr • Keep approved deals moving toward same-day or next-day fundingbr • Confirm commission amounts, closing dates, and documentation accuracybr • Track and communicate delays, cancellations, and updated closing datesbr • Identify issues that may delay funding or repayment and resolve them proactivelybr • Coordinate next steps with agents when deals are delayed or fall outbr • Assist with repayment follow-up after closingbr • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout each filebr • Update Salesforce as transactions progressbr • Support operations, accounting, and collections teams as neededbr • Build strong relationships with agents to improve speed and increase repeat usage/pp /ppstrongWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR/strong/pp• Former real estate assistants, escrow/title assistants, or transaction coordinatorsbr • Customer service reps comfortable with high-volume outreachbr • Individuals who enjoy checking tasks off quickly and pushing deals to closebr • Fast responders who stay organized under pressurebr • Strong communicators who enjoy problem-solving and helping agents move faster/ppstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT/strong/pp• Experience in client success, collections, loan processing, or account managementbr • Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactionsbr • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)br • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skillsbr • Excellent written and verbal communicationbr • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesbr • Professional, proactive, and accountable/ppstrongIf this sounds like a role where you’d excel, we’d look forward to connecting with you./strong/ppstrongBenefits/strong/pp• Remote work flexibilitybr• Professional development supportbr• Opportunities to grow into full-time with broader benefitsbr• Opportunities for advancement as the company grows /p
