pstrongCoho Technology Solutions/strong is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious strongHigh Voltage Electrician/strong to support electrical infrastructure projects and operations for U.S. Navy installations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medium to high voltage electrical distribution systems and related equipment. This role includes working with cathodic protection systems, power generators (gas and diesel), transformers, and airfield lighting systems./p pThis role is at NSA Bethesda./p pstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/p ul liOperate and maintain medium voltage (1kV–35kV) systems and, where applicable, 69kV Navy systems./li liInspect, repair, and test a wide range of electrical components including underground cable systems, switches (oil, SF6, air), transformers, ground grid systems, and fuses./li liTroubleshoot electrical issues using specialized tools: multimeters, meggers, ammeters, cable locators, fault finders, high-potential test equipment, etc./li liRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical manuals./li liFollow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), NFPA 70E standards, and PPE requirements.
