pDescription/ppnbsp;nbsp;/ppstrongSummary:/strong/ppThe Product-Specific Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting on customer-specific products manufactured by Berner Food amp; Beverage. This role focuses on inventory visibility, data accuracy, and transactional support across ERP, WMS, and customer systems. The analyst works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure inventory is balanced, shipments are processed correctly, and production-related data is reliable and timely./ppbr//ppstrongKey Responsibilities:nbsp;/strong/pulliRun and maintain inventory, production, and shipment reports from ERP systems to support operational and customer needs./liliMonitor and reconcile inventory balances between Berner’s ERP, internal WMS, and customer WMS systems./liliPerform routine inventory audits, variance analysis, and onsite inventory true-ups at third-party warehouse locations to ensure data accuracy across systems./liliProcess shipping and receiving transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments, in ERP and WMS platforms./liliSupport inventory management for customer-specific SKUs, including finished goods, work-in-process, and raw materials./liliCoordinate with nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues./liliMaintain accurate item, location, and quantity data within ERP and reporting systems./liliAssist with documentation and reporting related to customer inventory requirements and service levels./liliSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reporting efficiency, and system alignment./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./lili2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management (food amp; beverage experience preferred)./liliWorking knowledge of ERP and WMS systems./liliProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel./liliStrong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately across multiple systems./liliEffective communication skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment./li/ulpnbsp;/ppstrongPay Range: $23.00-30.00 (based on experience)/strong/ppstrongFull benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K/strong/ppstrongMust be able to read, write, and comprehend English, along with having good computer skills:/strong/ppnbsp;/ppAll job duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description must be performed onsite at our designated workplace location.
