They conduct building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment amp; various utility systems. Maintenance Technicians provide excellent customer service to prospective amp; current guests and residents at all times, and may assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of resort guests and residents./div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H3 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bJob Duties/b/H3 /divdivul liEmpty trash, shovel, perform maintenance or repair duties, use power equipment, drills or other hand tools (Essential)/li liCompletes minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed (Essential)/li liCompletes routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs, plumbing, sewage, construction amp; street repair (Essential)/li liInspects irrigation system regularly to ensure it is working properly, repairs as necessary (Essential)/li liInspects playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs as needed (Essential)/li liEnsures the resort is presentable and inviting at all times and that it adheres to Sun's curb appeal standards/li liRegularly treats for weeds, weed whips, rakes leaves, plants flowers/shrubs, spreads mulch/woodchips/stones, trims shrubs and hedges, cuts down and removes tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and performs other lawn care services as necessary/li liEnsures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets on a daily basis. Empties common area trash containers as needed/li liCleans resort amenities which may include clubhouses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, resort offices, restrooms, laundry areas, bath houses, and maintenance garage/li liMaintains vacant sites, including strap-downs amp; removal of trash and debris/li liRemoves snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances and other areas Sun is responsible for maintaining, where applicable.
