Lodge Crew working in food service support the communal dining experience at the Mohican Outdoor Center through the service of meals and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in both the front and back of house. nbsp;Lodge Crew working in housekeeping ensure that guests visiting the Mohican Outdoor Center feel at home in a clean well cared for lodge. This particular role will also receive complimentary housing to support the management team with on-call hours.nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pstrongWhat yoursquo;ll be doing at AMC/strong/p ul li pAssist guests and visitors positively.nbsp;/p /li li pRespond to any problems or special requests with a professional demeanor.nbsp;/p /li li pInteract with guests regarding local information, lodge amenities, organizational efforts, and programs.nbsp;/p /li li pSet up, serve, and cleanup of meal service.nbsp;/p /li li pParticipate in the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, communal areas and bathrooms.nbsp;/p /li li pPrepare meeting spaces for special groups and programs, including set up of tables, chairs, and equipment, as needed.nbsp;/p /li li pParticipate in deep cleaning of the lodge and other areas weekly/monthly or as instructed.nbsp;/p /li li pHelp with snow shoveling and lawn/garden maintenance with push mowers and trimmers. nbsp;/p /li li pRetail sales and inventory managementnbsp;/p /li li pWaterfront and boating program duties including canoe/kayak/SUP care and maintenance.nbsp;/p /li li pLeading bonfires on weekend eveningsnbsp;/p /li li pTravel and support other AMC lodges/camps as assignednbsp;/p /li li pSupporting the management team with on-call hoursnbsp;/p /li /ul
