pDescription/ppstrongPosition:/strong Front Desk Monitor, 74 Avenue A/ppbr//ppstrongReports to:/strong Program Director, 74 Avenue A/ppbr//ppstrongLocation: /strongQueens (Queens Village)/ppbr//ppstrongSchedule(s):nbsp;/strong/pulliMondays (7:00am-3:00pm), Tuesdays (3:00pm-11:00pm) amp; Wednesdays (3:00pm-11:00pm)/liliFridays, Saturdays, amp; Sundays (11:00pm-7:00am)/li/ulpstrongTasks:/strong/pulliMonitors the entry and egress of building residents and guests./liliResponsible for taking telephone messages for the residents and staff of the building./liliResponsible for the distribution of resident mail./liliProvides the first line of defense in case of emergencies; (i.e. calling management, the fire department in case of a fire, etc.) and assists with building evacuation./liliMonitors and documents client self-administration of medication, according to program policy and procedures./liliReport incidents or behavioral changes in residents to on-call staff./liliAssists with client cooperative meal plan as applicable./liliAttends training as requested by supervisory staff./liliProvides front desk coverage at other ACMH residential locations as assigned, based on program needs./liliDuties as assigned by supervisor./li/ulpRequirements/ppHigh school diploma and the ability to work with people and the ability to take responsibility to carry out the duties of the position.
