By enhancing our properties and training techniques, we have made our managed hotels a better place for our guests to stay and a better place for our employees to work./p p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"strongSpecific Requirements:/strong/p ul liWelcome guests with friendly greeting and smile while performing all guest related services./li liRemove and replace dirty linens and terry, change and make beds/li liThoroughly clean bathrooms, sinks, fridge, floors etc./li liUse correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces/areas according to OSHA regulations and HomeTownersquo;s requirements./li liCommunicate with front desk about room information, maintenance cards, lost and found items and any discrepancies between stayovers and checkouts./li liMaintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data./li liPerform self-room inspections and accepting feedback from room quality inspections performed by hotel management and trained team members./li liCross train in laundry, maintenance and/or front desk job functions, if possible./li liPerforms all other duties as assigned./li /ul p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in"strongExperience:/strong/p ul li1 year preferred in hotel cleaning or similar experience./li li1 year in previous customer service position./li liMust maintain professional appearance in Hometownrsquo;s provided uniform./li liMust be able to work in non-climate controlled areas./li liMust be able to easily and frequently change from one task to another and work with minimal supervision./li liBasic English communication (verbal and written) skills required./li /ul pINDHSKP/p
