CNC Machine Operator - Full-time

(Citizen L12 and/or L20)./lili style="margin-left: .25in;"Run production and deburr parts as required./lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"Change broken/dull tools and perform offsets as required to keep the machine producing conforming parts./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"Perform In-Process-Inspection on parts being manufactured and record inspection data./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, indicators, calipers and other equipment./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Read and understand layouts, job travelers and blueprints./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT)/span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Ensure written manufacturing processes and procedures are being followed. /span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Ensure proper compliance with company quality and safety standards./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Ensure preventative maintenance duties are completed for equipment and maintain a clean and safe work area. /span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Employee must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner, as well as maintaining a high standard of job performance./span/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"Actively participate in continuous improvement activities./span/p Required Qualifications: ulli style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"High School diploma or Equivalent; /spandegree or certificate in Machine Tool Technology./lili style="margin-left: .25in;"2-4 years’ related experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience./lili style="margin-left: .25in;"Familiar with operating Citizen L12 and/or L20./lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and processes./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Ability to work under minimal supervision./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"Strong communication and organizational skills./span/li/ul Preferred Qualifications: ulli style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Prior experience and/or training in production setting and comparable manufacturing preferred./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Understanding of tooling requirements to setup and operate machines in the department, including pre-setting of tools./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"Familiarity with ISO Quality System particularly in medical device manufacturing./span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="color: black;"Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. /span/lili style="margin-left: .25in;"span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;"Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math./span/li/ul Physical Demands: ulliGood dexterity as many jobs require the handling of many small components./li/ul Compensation: p style="margin: 0px;"The span class="mark6t58xev3n" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb=""compensation/span for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
