With over 23,000 employees across 4,000+ locations in North America and Europe, we’re reimagining how people move through their journeys—saving time, reducing hassle, and ensuring every step feels effortless and efficient./p h2You will.../h2 pThe Airline Baggage Handler will verify passenger boarding pass with their checked bag and move the bags to the security screening induction system /p p /p pThis is a physically demanding position which requires on-the-job security training and the ability to recieve all applicable airport security badges/p ul liProvide general information to passengers, give directions and flight information/li liProvide monitoring of the local baggage claim areas (carousels) as assigned, remove unclaimed baggage from carousel and assist agents in securing bags/li liScan all bags in the claim area within 15 mins from carousel removal/li liAssist customers with their baggage in any airport area/li liBe able to recognize and enforce in the hazmat/dangerous goods program of the customer airline(s) concerning checked baggage/li liCarrying out other duties as assigned/li liAvailable to work weekends and holiday/li /ul p /p h2You have.../h2 ul liMust be at least 18 years of age /li liBe authorized to work in the United States/li liMust be able to clear a background and drug screen/li liMust be able to lift up to up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift /li liExperience in customer service preferred/li liStrong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers  /li liComplete all required training including airport compliance/li liAble to obtain an airport badge /li /ul p /p pstrongAppearance Guidelines/strong/p p /p pEmployees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to of twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
