Join us to make legends happen!/ppbr /bResponsibilities/bbr /br /The Suite/Premium Services Runner position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Suites Department.br /br /• Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectationsbr /• Deliver food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beerbr /• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within venuebr /• Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running foodbr /• Fulfill the assigned opening and closing dutiesbr /• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work areabr /• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the venue/ppbr /Qualifications:br /• Must be at least 18 years of agebr /• Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfactionbr /• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standardsbr /• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquettebr /• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated settingbr /• Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with guestsbr /• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 poundsbr /• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysbr /• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of timebr /• Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant/ppbRequired Certifications:/b/pulliCA Food Handlers Certification/liliCA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificationbr / /li/ulpbKnowledge, Skills, amp; Abilities:/b/pulliMust be proficient in Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook./liliHigh School Diploma or Equivalent/li/ulpbr /Compensation: $16.90/ph/ppbUnion Membership/b:br /This position is represented by Unite Here Local 11. Please note that union dues are required as part of membership./ppbPhysical Requirements:/b/pulliConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
