pRKamp;K’s Construction Management Division is hiring a Project Controls Process Manager. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting project implementation controls activities across a capital infrastructure program. This role will work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to coordinate recurring reporting and forecast updates, track budget and schedule performance, document scope and contingency changes, and support portfolio-level transparency. The Project Controls Process Manager will also supervise project reporting staff and support the development of standardized reporting deliverables and project controls documentation./p

pstrongEssential Functions/strong/p
ul
liCoordinate quarterly and monthly capital project implementation plan updates across multiple projects./li
liReport on project scope changes, total project budgets versus forecasts, and schedule variance versus forecasts, including the development of project- and portfolio-level KPIs and variance narratives./li
liEnsure distribution and documentation of new Project Charters and Project Implementation Plans, including coordination of addenda./li
liTrack and document project contingency usage and coordinate alignment with change order management systems and project forecasts./li
liReview overall project schedule performance and coordinate with integrated master schedule (IMS) information as applicable./li
liSupport review and periodic updates of project management and project controls processes and procedures./li
liManage and provide direct supervision to a Project Reporting Analyst, including workload coordination, quality control, and deliverable review./li
liCoordinate development, compilation, and quality review of recurring capital program reports./li
liCollect, organize, and clearly present financial and project controls data for use in reports, memoranda, presentations, and management briefings./li
liMeet established deadlines for recurring and ad hoc reports and provide consistent communication with internal stakeholders./li
liDisseminate information between project teams, management, and other staff to support defined information flows./li
liHandle sensitive infrastructure program data and internal financial and project control information in accordance with established policies and procedures./li

pstrongRequired Experience/strong/p
ul
liBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of six (6) years of project financial and portfolio management experience; or in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma and twelve (12) years of project financial and portfolio management experience./li
liProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint./li
liExperience developing reports and dashboards using financial and project management systems./li
liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent reporting and coordination tasks./li
liExperience performing quality control reviews of reports and supporting documentation./li
liAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing./li
liDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and meet recurring deadlines./li
liExperience working with sensitive project, financial, or infrastructure program information./li

liCertifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, CCP, or PE./li
liMinimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience./li
liExperience with large public capital programs./li
liExperience with portfolio-level reporting./li
liExperience leading or supporting project controls process development or governance./li
