Logistics Coordinator

Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"The logistics coordinator position analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions of an organization; assists in the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery and final disposal of resources./p Responsibilities: ulliEvaluation of power tools and equipment for repair./liliDirects salvage and return of used or unused electrical materials./liliLoading and unloading trucks by hand and forklift./liliOversee vehicles, warehouse building and grounds./liliPerform general administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, filing, organizing, mailing, and document development./liliDriving van or box truck in South Florida./lilip style="margin: 0px;"Coordinate and optimize logistics operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes./p/liliReceive and stock all deliveries./liliPrepare and expedite product for delivery./liliTrack all stock transfer requests using tracking system./liliUse tool tracking system to produce weekly cycle counts for warehouse./lilip style="margin: 0px;"Oversee IT infrastructure and provide support for hardware, software, and network systems./p/lilip style="margin: 0px;"Manage vendor relationships and procurement of logistics and IT supplies./p/lilip style="margin: 0px;"Maintain documentation for logistics procedures and IT systems./p/lilip style="margin: 0px;"Coordinate the setup and support of devices and communication tools (e.g., laptops, phones, tablets)./p/li/ul Qualifications: ulliWorking knowledge of Electrical Contracting tools and materials a must!/liliMinimum of 2 years warehouse experience/liliValid driver’s license with a clean driving record./liliStrong verbal and written communications skills./liliPC, Microsoft office, and email skills a must!/liliMust be able to withstand the physical needs of job including heavy lifting, bending, and repetitive motions./li/ul Pay Range: USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
