Overnight Residential Counselor - Full-time

As part of a team of Residential Counselors, this role guides residents in their daily routines, helping them develop life skills, socialization techniques, and personal responsibility while maintaining a structured and supportive environment./span/span/spanbrbrspan style="font-size:11pt;"span style="line-height:normal;"span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"Residential Counselors, are positive role models, offering mentorship and encouragement while implementing individualized treatment plans. They monitor resident progress, provide crisis intervention, and help create a safe, nurturing space where residents can thrive. This role will include setting clear and consistent boundaries, supervising daily schedules, assisting with household responsibilities, and supporting personal hygiene and self-care routines.
