This role focuses on using industry best practices, including INPO AP-913, and data analytics to optimize equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, work management, surveillance testing frequencies, inventory management, and long-term operations and safety./p p /p pThis position requires nuclear operations experience and the ability to guide utility clients through program implementation, technical evaluations, and compliance strategies./p pBe a technical lead or SME for Plant Reliability Optimization (PRO) programs such as Equipment Classification, Preventive Maintenance Optimization, Spares Parts Strategies, Cycle Plan Agreement, and Functional Equipment Group Development./p pApply INPO AP-913 and AP-928 principles to develop Equipment Reliability Strategies to work the right equipment at the right time, reducing equipment unavailability and increasing station resource bandwidth to perform critical and emergent work./p pSupport PRO project managers and leaders to provide project technical oversight and act as main contact for client technical SMEs./p pPresent recommendations to client fleet/station leadership to ensure agreement and approval of deliverables/p pSupport team customer solutions in the development of proposals, project technical descriptions and estimates/p pProvide training of other engineering team members and client project team member./p p /p pstrongWho You Are:/strong/p pQualifications:/p pB.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, Civil or related discipline)/p pMinimum 15 years of experience in the nuclear power industry/p pHas held operations license at commercial nuclear power plant/p pstrongOur Safety Pledge to You:/strong/p pIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
