Known for our advanced diagnostic imaging, we are a sought after provider – not only because of our technology but also because of our teamwork and tremendous opportunities for professional growth./pp/ppbWhat you will do/b/pulliFollow all proper policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety at all times.  These policies, procedures and protocols can be issued by Shields or the partnering hospital group for the location you are assigned to./liliInform the patient of all aspects of their exam to their level of understanding./liliEnsure patient is cleared of all contraindications and hazards./liliAccurately position the patient and ensure their comfort./liliMaintain visual and verbal contact with the patient during the exam./liliPerform scan in accordance to center’s protocol./liliAdminister intravenous contrast./liliComplete all forms pertaining to patient’s exam./liliRecord patient data to Tech Data Entry program./liliProvide and issue films/CD when appropriate./liliForward data and or films/CD to Radiologist upon completion of exam./liliAssist clerical staff as circumstances arise./liliClean and re-supply equipment and rooms as needed./liliAdhere to all necessary training/licenses based on the credentialing policy./liliContrast administration/li/ulp/pp/ppbWhat you need:/b/pulliThis opportunity requires prior MRI scanning experience./liliNecessary requirements include MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications, and fantastic interpersonal skills.  ARMRIT certification accepted at some locations./liliSit and utilize a computer for extended periods of time/liliAssist patients with mobility difficulties/liliSome inpatient locations may require employee’s to participate in a call schedule/rotation/liliTo push, pull, and lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds/liliAbove physical requirements can be met with or without accommodation/li/ulp/ppbuAdditional Job Description:/u/b/ppspanPay range for this position is $40-$60/hr #43; benefits.
