strongCompany Description:/strongpstrongWorking Location: Duluth, GA 30096/strong/ppstrongWork Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm (on site)/strong/ppstrongContract Period:#xa0;1yr./strong/ppstrongPay: Staff $21-25/hr (DOE)/strong/ppstrong#xa0; #xa0; #xa0;#xa0;Sr.staff $26~$30/hr#xa0; (DOE)/strong/ppstrongKorean Bilingual highly preferred/strong/pstrongJob Description:/strongulliManage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air and others)/liliCoordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch/liliArrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers/liliPrepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoice, packing list, etc.) for compliance and accuracy/liliHandle billing processes including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P)/liliMonitor and analyze job profit and loss (Pamp;L) to ensure margin targets are met/liliConduct settlement processes and ensure timely closing of shipments/liliMaintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems/liliCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management to resolve issues promptly/liliSupport problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulli1–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations preferred/liliFamiliarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, customs/liliBilingual in Korean and English preferred/liliHigh school GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)/liliStrong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills/liliSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p
