You prepare and administer medications according to health care provider instructions and within the scope of your duties. You ensure that residents' environments are comfortable and safe. You are vigilant about reporting any changes in the condition of residents to the supervising nurse and you keep accurate and up-to-date records./ppYou are patient and calm, treating those you care for just the way you would want your own family members treated.
