This role executes the full sales cycle—from prospecting, touring, and move-ins to renewals—while also creating, coordinating, and implementing engaging social, wellness, and cultural activities that enhance the resident experience. By blending strong relationship-building skills with creative event planning, the Leasing Professional plays a key role in both attracting new residents and ensuring long-term satisfaction for current residents.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bJOB DESCRIPTION/b/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppSales amp; Leasing: br /•    Perform all sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showcasing apartment homes.br /•    Manage the leasing process: process applications, conduct screenings, prepare leases and move-in packages, and coordinate smooth move-ins.br /•    Maintain up-to-date prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly), track leasing activities, and document all follow-up communications.br /•    Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings; assist in developing marketing strategies, specials, and outreach programs.br /•    Execute prospect follow-up through calls, emails, thank-you notes, and creative delivery items to convert leads to leases.br /•    Ensure show units, amenities, and tour paths meet company standards for cleanliness, presentation, and appeal.br /•    Support the lease renewal process, including sending renewal notices, meeting with residents, and finalizing renewal documents./pp/ppLifestyle amp; Resident Engagement:br /•    Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of daily social, cultural, and wellness activities and events (2–5 per day, 7 days a week), including setup, breakdown, and procurement of necessary supplies.br /•    Maintain a monthly event calendar, community newsletter, and marketing materials for activities.br /•    Create resident profiles to tailor events to community interests; coordinate and manage a resident volunteer program.br /•    Photograph events and residents for marketing use across print and digital platforms.br /•    Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance programming, secure sponsorships, and add value to resident experiences.br /•    Arrange and manage transportation for off-site excursions (if applicable).br /•    Maintain confidentiality and foster positive relationships with all residents./pp/ppMove-In Experience amp; New Resident Supportbr /•    Welcome and assist residents on move-in day, delivering welcome gifts and ensuring a positive transition.br /•    Coordinate unit readiness, moving services, furniture measurements, and placement assistance.br /•    Prepare and distribute move-in paperwork and resident folders to appropriate personnel./pp/ppMarketing amp; Outreachbr /•    Organize and maintain marketing materials, sales collateral, and outreach packets.br /•    Participate in community networking events, local associations, and outreach initiatives to generate new leads.br /•    Leverage internet marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Hyly, email, community website) to drive traffic and interest./ppAdministrative amp; Reportingbr /•    Prepare daily and weekly reports on tours, move-ins/move-outs, and available inventory.br /•    Assist with budget preparation for activities and manage expenses to budget.br /•    Complete corporate reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner./pp#LI-AW1/pp/ppThe hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 in addition to an owner approved bonus structure./pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp/ppbAdditional Compensation/b:/pp/ppMany factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location./pulli style="text-align:left"piCorporate Positions/i: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance./p/lili style="text-align:left"piOnsite Property Positions/i: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs./p/li/ulp/ppbRobust Benefits Offered*:/b/pulli style="text-align:left"pCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability amp; Life insurance benefits.
