pstrongJOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE/strong/p
pThe CQI Department supports both Corporate functions and remote program locations. This coordinator position provides technical phone support for department customers, and receives and monitors Data Systems service requests, receiving incoming calls, e-mails and hard copy service requests. Provides general office support for the CQI Department as needed. Establishes and maintains cooperative and harmonious working relationships with corporate and program staff. This position supports and educates various software programs such as EUNA, Unigrants Management System, 365 Microft System Tools set up, and ECCOVIA client track system as well as other identified systems as needed./p
pstrongDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p
ul
liResponds to Data Systems Service Requests via telephone, e-mails, and service tickets for all software programs including EUNA, Unigrants Management System, 365 Microft System Tools set up, and ECCOVIA client track system as well as other identified systems as needed./li
liProvides Data Systems Help Desk replies to questions / Service Requests accordingly and for complex issues, triages the call to appropriate Business Systems Analysts for resolution/li
liProvide administrative services including creating accounts and changing passwords, troubleshooting issues, and triaging issues./li
liAfter assessing the help desk calls, recommends training opportunities to support staff with learning and functioning in these systems/li
liCommunicate via emails, phone, and meeting; to assist users and relay project statuses/li
liPrepare needed documents for Data Systems projects/li
liMaintains Data Systems files and other related documents/li
liFiling and assisting other CQI staff when required/li

liData Systems Help Desk operation for various software programs such as EUNA, Unigrants Management System, 365 Microft System Tools set up, and ECCOVIA client track system as well as other identified systems as needed./li
liMaintains Data Systems requests, coordinates with business data and systems analysts, to ensure service needs are met, After assessing the help desk calls, recommends training opportunities to support staff with learning and functioning in these systems/li
liMaintains Data Systems accounts and password requests. Makes changes to system workflow when needed./li
liCoordinates with programs to maintain and update staffing and related programs for Data Systems projects./li
liCoordinates staff training and administrative events/li
liOther duties as required and is subject to change at any time./li

pQualifications/p
pstrongREQUIREMENTS:/strong/p

liMust be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications/li
liValid California driver license and access to dependable transportation with adequate insurance/li
/ul
pstrongEDUCATION:/strong/p
ul
liAssociate Degree in Business, Data, Technology, or Information Systems or Certificate in Administration. /li

pstrongEXPERIENCE:/strong/p
ul
li5 years of technology experience/li
/ul
pstrong PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p
ul
liWorking towards a Bachelor�s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field./li
liPrior help desk experience preferable/li
liBilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)./li
