We operate elite, state-of-the-art service departments./p pstrongBenefits/strong/p ul liMedical, Dental and Vision/li liLife and Short-Term Disability/li liContinuous Improvement Training/li li401K with Match/li liPaid Vacation/li liPaid Holidays/li liEmployee Discounts on Parts, Services and Vehicles/li liOpportunities for Growth/li /ul pstrongEssential Dutiesnbsp;/strong/p ul liPerforms work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards./li liDiagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair./li liCommunicates with parts department to obtain needed parts./li liExamines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended./li liCommunicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time./li liDocuments all work performed./li liParticipates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events./li liKeeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins./li liSupervises work of any apprentice technicians as assigned./li liReports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor./li liEnsures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle./li liKeeps shop area neat and clean./li liMaintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
