If you’re driven to solve real-world problems and keep the systems behind the scenes running at their best, you’ll feel right at home here./p pstrongJob Description and Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liMaintains and repairs HVAC equipment including air handlers, air cooled chillers, split systems, hydronic pumps, valves, filters, etc./li liCollaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to maintain systems in peak operating condition/li liPerforms basic ductwork modifications and various repairs/li liPerforms water piping and insulation modifications and repairs/li /ul pstrongRequired Qualifications: /strongstrongbr/strong/p ul li3+ years of experience working with HVAC systems/li liEPA 608 Universal Certification/li liAbility to interpret mechanical and architectural prints and schematics/li liComprehensive knowledge of facility safety (OSHA)/li liExperience testing and maintaining mechanical systems/li liFlexibility to undertake tasks outside core competencies, as required/li liBasic electrical, low voltage, plumbing and mechanical skills/li /ul pstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strongstrong /strongstrongbr/strong/p ul liExperience working with chiller plants, dedicated outside air system (DoAS), air handling units (AHU) in industrial or commercial environments/li liProfessional experience maintaining high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) systems/li liKnowledge in the following areas: electrical safety, heavy equipment operation, light construction, rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.)/li liKnowledge of building automation systems/li liAbility to review and redline drawings for work performed/li liPerforms brazing, soldering, evacuation and charging of various refrigerants if needed/li liKnowledge of high-pressure gas, flammable gas, and refrigeration gases/li liAbility to maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to company policies, quality policies and industry standards/li liExperience with documenting maintenance activities and managing service records within a CMMS/li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements: /strongstrongbr/strong/p ul liAbility to lift 50 lbs/li /ul pstrongComputer Skills:/strongnbsp;/p ul liBasic computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail/li /ul pstrongWork Environment:nbsp; /strong/p ul liLaboratory, vivarium, office, cleanroom, and manufacturing space/li /ul pstrongExpected Compensation:/strong/p ul liAt Neuralink, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package.
