The Broadcast Intern will support day-to-day broadcast, media management, and game-day production workflows. They will be hands-on, all access team members with exposure to every aspect of live game broadcast operations. This role combines technical organization, media handling, editing, and operational support to ensure smooth production, efficient content delivery, and well-maintained production environments./pp/ppbESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:/b/pullipAssist the Social Media manager with game-day content needs./p/lilipPerform basic to intermediate video editing as needed for highlights, melts amp; records./p/lilipAssist with media management amp; logging of clips./p/lilipSupport documentation efforts (Tech books, System Diagrams, Crew Sheets, etc.)./p/lilipSort amp; maintain distribution partner media kits./p/lilipLearn technologies associated with functions of the department./p/lilipSupport broadcasters amp; production crew with in-game needs as they arise./p/lilipOther duties as assigned./p/li/ulp/ppbPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:/b/pullipStrong organizational skills amp; attention to detail./p/lilipProficient in Adobe Create Cloud (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)./p/lilipAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, live-production environment./p/lilipPrevious experience working in sports broadcasting, media relations, or a similar role./p/lilipWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, as required by the baseball schedule./p/lilipExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with broadcasters, media members and fans./p/lilipAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail./p/lilipUnderstand or willing to learn the game of baseball./p/lilipProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and familiarity with content management systems./p/lilipPositive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision./p/lilipAbility to easily lift a minimum of 50 pounds./p/li/ulp/ppThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.  They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of the job./ppbriIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!/i/p
