Join the UNC Hospitals’ team while working in Starbucks located in the new North Carolina Cancer Hospital. We are currently looking for commercial cashiers that will also be trained as coffee baristas. The barista will ensure service standards are met and surpassed by creating the Starbucks Experience for customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. /pp /ppspan style="font-weight:800"Responsibilities:/spanbr /br /Deliver the Starbucks experience by connecting and engaging with customers and fellow baristas./ppbr /Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues. br /br /Assist customers in the selection and purchase of handcrafted specialty beverages and food/snack sales. br /br /Provide quality handcrafted beverages and food products by adhering to all standard procedures and recipes, as well as following order customizations. br /br /Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. br /br /Complete point of sales transactions using Starbucks mobile pay system or debit/credit card.
