p class="MsoNoSpacing"strongMission Contribution:/strong To ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the retail store through donor and customer relations, processing donated goods, quality control, to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities./p p class="MsoNoSpacing"strongSummary:/strong span style="color:black"Under the direct supervision of the Store Manager or designee is responsible for hanging apparel, transporting, and hanging apparel onto sales floor and facility security and maintenance.  /span/p p class="MsoNoSpacing"strongEssential Functions:/strong/p olli class="MsoNoSpacing"Tag and size apparel and/or hang apparel onto racks by category./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Assist with quality control assurance (tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons)./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Maintains accurate count with the goal of 60+ pieces per hour./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Always maintains processing area in a neat and clean condition./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Ensures positive donor and customer interaction by providing world class customer service./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Demonstrates the principles of DURT (Donor Urgent Response Team) with every donor interaction and uses the DURT Alert system to ensure all donors receive world class customer service./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Adheres to all Goodwill personnel policies and procedures./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Follows safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Manager on Duty./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Attends in-service related training as assigned./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Performs other duties as assigned by Management./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Responsible for performing assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles:/lili class="MsoNoSpacing"We are committed to providing world-class customer service to all our customers./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"We are committed to a clean, neat, organized, and safe facility./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"We are committed to keeping all we offer fresh and relevant, including a store with full and fresh inventory./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Donors and shoppers should be greeted in 10 seconds./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"Every time we touch a donation, something good should happen to it./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"All donations should be processed within 24 hours./lili class="MsoNoSpacing"If you have a pile, you have a problem.
