The nurse will be responsible for carrying out treatment and supportive care as directed by the Prescriber or Vice President of Operations according to service definition and best practices.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ph1bWhat You#39;ll Do:/b/h1ullipAssess and document individuals#39; appropriateness for services, level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medications, and medication compliance./p/lilipEducate individuals receiving services about mental illness and substance use disorder, participate in the development of discharge and referral plans./p/lilipEnsure that people who need a higher level or different level of care are referred or placed./p/lilipMonitor individuals who are receiving services to ensure health and safety./p/lilipCarry out functions including crisis intervention, medication administration, assessment of vital signs, referral for emergency medical treatment as necessary, observation of individual response to medication and nursing assessment./p/lilipAttend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.
