pDescription/ppThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. The RN will assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes./ppbr//ppemstrongSchedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, 6a - 6pm,nbsp;/strong/em/ppemstrong***Brand New Facility***/strong/em/ppbr//ppemstrongPrimary Responsibilities and Duties:/strong/em/pulliAssess patients' health conditions, including physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team./liliAdminister medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and established nursing protocols./liliMonitor patients' vital signs and response to treatments, reporting significant changes or concerns to the healthcare team./liliProvide emotional support and patient education on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies./liliCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care./liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards./liliSupervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other support staff as needed./liliParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes./liliRespond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively, providing appropriate interventions and support./liliAdhere to infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff./liliPerform all other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor or designated manager./li/ulpRequirements/ppemstrongJob Qualifications:/strong/em/pulliCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice./liliAt least 1 year of experience as Registered Nurse (RN)./liliStrong clinical skills and the ability to perform a range of nursing procedures with precision./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals./liliDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment./liliKnowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulatory guidelines./liliCurrent CPR certification./liliExperience with electronic medical record systems and documentation preferred./liliAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the healthcare facility./li/ulpemstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/em/pulliAbility to lift and transfer patients, with or without assistance, up to 50lbs./liliCapability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods./liliStrength to handle medical equipment and assist patients with mobility and physical activities./liliVisual acuity and dexterity for performing tasks such as reading medical records, administering injections, and handling medical instruments./liliAbility to respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations./liliCapacity to work in various home environments which may include navigating stairs, tight spaces, or uneven surfaces./liliMaintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by the department supervisor/manager./liliJob requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high-stress situations./liliThe ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without "giving out" or fatiguing./li/ul
