Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Area Care Coordinator to lead and develop our Care Coordinator team across New York City, with responsibility spanning all five boroughs. In this role, you'll help support on-site teammates who directly impact our patients' experience, ensuring SPEAR's mission, vision, and values are upheld to deliver exceptional care. br/br/bTeam Leadership Development/bbr/liProvide on-site presence throughout assigned area locations/liliTrain, mentor, and develop Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service/liliCoordinate coverage when necessary and provide direct support when needed/liliConduct regular coaching conversations to align team performance with SPEAR's values/liliParticipate in monthly staff meetings to review performance metrics and build team camaraderie/libr/br/bOperational Excellence/bbr/liMonitor front office KPI performance to reach best practice standards/liliEnsure adherence to established workflows and best practices/liliPartner with regional and clinical leaders to identify opportunities and resolve issues/liliConduct regular clinic audits and site visits to maintain quality standards/liliAnalyze front desk dashboards and performance metrics/libr/br/bPatient Experience/bbr/liChampion a culture of 5-star customer service across all locations/liliOversee patient access initiatives and financial processes/liliEnsure seamless patient journey from first contact through treatment/liliCollaborate with clinical teams to create an exceptional patient experience/libr/br/divbRequirements/b/divdivMinimum 3 years of healthcare admin experience/divdivExperience in a leadership role /divdivExperience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Raintree experience strongly preferred)/divdivExperience in a PT/OT setting preferred but not required/divdivStrong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop staff/divdivExcellent interpersonal and communication skills/divdivReliable transportation for daily travel to locations across all five boroughs in NYC /divdivBachelor's degree is preferred but not required with sufficient experience/divdivbr/divdivbSuccess Factors/b/divdivThe ideal candidate will embody SPEAR's core values of Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Impact, and Teamwork.
