In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the Arena, Convention Center and Auditorium. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to usher, ticket scanning, information desks and/or greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere./span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00-$15.00/span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt;"strongspan style="font-family: verdana, geneva;"Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching/span/strong/span/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongspan style="font-size: 10pt;"This position will remain open until April 24, 2026./span/strong/p Responsibilities: ullispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Prepare your assigned section for guests; this could include wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisor/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"When doors open, welcome our fans with a great smile and helpful attitude/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Scan event tickets ensuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entry/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assist fans in locating their ticketed seats/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Being alert and proactive to potential hazards and reporting incidents when they occur/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Monitor your assigned area for issues and opportunities to make lasting memories for our fans/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Respond to all guest concerns/complaints promptly and in a professional manner/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assist guests in ADA accessible seating sections/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Enforce all building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Manage the foot traffic flow of large crowds/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Be knowledgeable about venue emergency evacuation plan in order to safely assist guests during the unlikely event of an emergency./span/li/ul Qualifications: ullispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred/span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"You must love working with and helping people./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Ability to stand for long periods of time./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"You must be able to maintain a POSITIVE attitude while handling difficult situations./span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Flexible schedule: Weekend availability is needed./span/li/ul Strengthened by our Differences.
