Residential- Landscape Crew Leader

pDescription/ppRussell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced strongLandscape Maintenance Crew Leader amp; Driver/strong to join our strongHigh-End Residential Division/strong. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of landscape technicians to deliver meticulous, high-quality maintenance services to some of the most beautiful residential and commercial properties in the area./ph3strongKey Responsibilities:/strong/h3ulliLead and supervise a crew of 2–5 landscape maintenance team members./liliDrive and operate company trucks and trailers to transport crew, tools, and materials safely between job sites./liliEnsure all maintenance activities—mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-ups—are completed to Russell Landscape’s quality standards./liliTrain, coach, and motivate crew members in best horticultural practices and safety procedures./liliMonitor job progress, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all work is completed on schedule./liliPerform vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain compliance with safety and DOT regulations./liliCommunicate clearly with clients, account managers, and team members regarding project details, updates, and special requests./liliTrack and document work performed, materials used, and time on site accurately./li/ulh3strongQualifications:/strong/h3ulliMinimum strong5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience/strong, including strong2+ years in a leadership role/strong./liliValid strongdriver’s license/strong with a strongclean driving record/strong./liliProven ability to strongdrive trucks and tow trailers/strong with landscape equipment./liliStrong horticultural and turf management knowledge, including irrigation systems./liliAbility to read and interpret site maps, schedules, and work orders./liliExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills./lilistrongBilingual (English/Spanish)/strong is a plus./li/ulh3strongPhysical Requirements:/strong/h3ulliAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions./liliCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods./li/ulh3strongWhat We Offer:/strong/h3ulliCompetitive stronghourly pay based on experience/strong/lilistrongHealth, dental, and vision insurance/strong/lilistrong401(k) with company match/strong/lilistrongPaid time off and holidays/strong/liliCompany-provided strongtools, vehicles, and equipment/strong/li/ulpIf you’ve read this far, we’d love to hear from you!br/strongContact:/strong Brooke Tilley – (770) 490-3065br/Or apply today to schedule an interview and learn more about joining our growing team./p
