Store Stock Associate

pPart time position 3 to 4 days a week 6:00am to 12:00pm andnbsp; weekends if needed 6:00am to 12:00pmnbsp;/p pnbsp;/pbr /pThe Store Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring that all merchandise, coolers, and shelves are properly stocked, organized, and presented to create a positive shopping experience for customers. This role also supports overall store standards by assisting with cleaning, sanitation, and general upkeep of the store’s facilities, including restrooms and parking areas./ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliStock, rotate, and face merchandise on shelves, displays, and coolers to maintain a full and organized presentation./liliMonitor product levels, check expiration dates, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stocking procedures./liliAssist with receiving, unloading, and organizing store deliveries./liliMaintain cleanliness of sales floor, coolers, restrooms, and backroom areas in line with company standards./liliSupport upkeep of the store’s exterior, including trash removal, sweeping, and maintaining the parking lot area./liliEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and merchandising guidelines./liliReport maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or safety hazards to management promptly./liliProvide friendly and professional assistance to customers when approached, ensuring excellent customer service./li/ulpbr/ppQualifications:/pulliPrevious retail or stocking experience preferred but not required./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliReliable, dependable, and able to follow instructions and procedures./li/ulpbr/ppWork Environment:/pulliFast-paced retail environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing./liliRequires evening, weekend, and holiday availability as needed./li/ul
