You may be wondering - what do we do here at Belmark? Well, we create many of the labels, cartons, pressure sensitive and flexible film we as consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for all associated equipment and process implemented in the Finishing Department in Web-to-Print�. This includes all functions of the Digicon Finishing Platforms as well as the Coupon Folding Equipment and Omega Coupon Inserter. Overtime and flexible hours will be required. Expected to operate the machines at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high quality product. Come join our innovative, fun, and growing team today!  /p pstrongSchedule:/strong/p ul li2nd shift hours are from 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday - Thursday/li /ul pstrongPay:/strong/p ul li$21 - $24 per Hour. emThe hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed./em/li listrongThe shift differential for 2nd shift is $1.00 more per hour/strong/li /ul pstrongWhat will I do in this role?/strong/p ul liResponsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements./li liMaintain quality, productivity and waste according to established standards./li liPerform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures./li liWeb the finishing units./li liClean the finishing units./li liPerform routine maintenance on the finishing units./li liComplete necessary job paperwork./li liUnderstand and properly utilize computer based hardware and software associated./li liKeep work area and the machine organized and clean./li liResponsible for meeting 48 hour stated turnaround objective./li liMay cross train in other areas of Web-to-Print�./li liMay perform other duties as assigned by supervisor./li liWill have job duties specific to our Hazardous Waste Management Program for the proper disposal of spent solvents, waste inks and other designated waste products.
